Welcome to Holger Teknologi AS

Holger Teknologi AS evolved from Løvland AS, a company established in 1968 as a specialist in the design and production of instruments for non-destructive testing (NDT). Since that time we have been leaders in this field in Norway.
 
The founder, Andreas Løvland, retired in 1986 and sold 50% the company to its employees, with the remaining half to Holger Andreasen AB in Örebro (Sweden), as part-owners. At the same time, the product line was enlarged to include instruments for analysis. From 2002 this was further expanded to accommodate accessories for chromatography and vacuum products.
Over 60 years old, Holger Andreasen AB is a reliable and respected sales and service company having virtually the same product line as Holger Teknologi AS.

In 1995, the Swedish and Norwegian companies merged to become an enterprise with a common Swedish/Norwegian, later only Norwegian, ownership.  Thus the holding company Holger Holding AS in Oslo became the mother company and 100% owner of Holger Teknologi AS and Holger Andreasen AB. Since that time, we have developed a close cross-border collaboration specialising in sales, service and stock holding.

The whole enterprise has grown to the extent that it now has 32 employees with a yearly turnover of NOK 110 million.

In 2008 Holger Holding AS and the daughter companies was sold to Ing. Yngve Ege AS. Ege is a group of 10 companies selling cutting tools and mashinery.
